Our beans come from the highlands of Kerala, India, where Arabica and Robusta coffee is shade-grown, handpicked, and harvested by farming families who’ve worked the land for generations. The soil, the climate, and the care all come through in the taste.

Once the beans reach our Ontario roastery, we roast them fresh in small batches and pack them in 5kg and larger bags built for real-world brewing. No dusty warehouse stock. No middle steps.
