At Stockup Coffee, we offer flexible coffee subscription plans designed for convenience and control. This policy explains how to cancel, modify, or manage your subscription orders.
What Is a Coffee Subscription?
A coffee subscription allows you to receive freshly roasted coffee beans or ground coffee at regular intervals (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) without placing a new order each time.
Cancellation Deadline
To stop your next order from being processed:
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date
If you cancel after this window:
- Your upcoming order may still be processed and shipped
- The cancellation will apply to future orders only
Can I Cancel an Order After It Is Placed?
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Because coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on fulfilled subscription orders.
How to Modify or Pause Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.
Available options:
- Change delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Update coffee type or grind size
- Skip upcoming deliveries
- Update shipping or payment details
All changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your billing date, your next order may still be processed, but future orders will be canceled.
