Our Story
Stockup Coffee Trading Co. was founded by Deepak and Laya (husband & wife) in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada inspired by their love for good coffee; and their frustration with rising price of coffee in the market.
What started as a quest to find the best affordable 'daily driver' coffee & finding only overpriced coffee; turned out to be an opportunity to introduce something new & affordable to Canadian coffee consumers.

When they introduced premium Arabica and Robusta bean samples from India to their coffee loving friends in Canada; feedbacks were positive across the board. Everyone loved it and started using the coffee beans them daily for making pour over coffees, drip coffee, espresso etc
What started around their kitchen table has grown into a mission to bring honest, flavourful, and fairly priced coffee to every cup in Canada.
Our Roasting Process
At Stockup Coffee, every batch is roasted in small quantities to preserve freshness and the unique taste of Indian coffee. We work closely with farmers from Kerala and Coorg, studying their harvest & processing before fine tuning our roast levels.
Our goal is balance bringing out the chocolatey notes of Indian Arabica and the bold crema of Robusta without burning away their natural character. Each roast is crafted by hand, ensuring every cup captures the warmth and authenticity of its roots.

We believe everyone deserves high-quality, freshly roasted coffee at an honest price. By working directly with farmers and coffee lovers in India, we cut out unnecessary middlemen and pass the savings on to you.
